Bandpass filters

Bandpass filters transmit light within a specified spectral range, whereas the remaining range is blocked or attenuated. Solaris Optics manufactures bandpass filters its facilities in Poland.

The bandpass ranges can be of few up to few tens nanometers. Narrow bandpass filters are applied e.g. in analytical instruments, whereas broad bandwidths are used e.g. in imaging applications, such as in machine vision.

The slopes can be sharp or mild, depending on requirements and physical properties of materials.
