The NewView 8000 3D Series profilometer provides accurate surface roughness measurement in accordance with ISO 25178. The measurement is non-contact, non-destructive. It measures all kinds of surfaces (polished, matt, coated). The New View 8000 profilometer uses new Mx software that enables full analysis of the received data, including 3D map analysis.

Profile heights can range from < 1 nm up to 20000 µm.
